The line features 8 parallel rows for simultaneous production of multiple flour tortillas. This increases the output significantly, making it suitable for large manufacturing plants.
Output Volume:
The line can produce between 45,000 flour tortillas per hour, depending on the specific configuration, size of the tortilla, and settings used.
Food-Grade Stainless Steel Construction:
The system may also be able to detect defects such as cracks, holes, or undercooking, and automatically reject or adjust production accordingly.
Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics:
Some models of JC Ford lines come equipped with remote monitoring capabilities that allow operators to monitor the system’s performance from a distance. This feature can help with predictive maintenance and reduce downtime by identifying potential issues before they cause problems.
