Independently Driven Cutter

  • Cutter is driven by an independent motor.

  • Cutter speed can be tuned for each product.

  • Gear train from front roller to cutter is eliminated.

  • Front roller motor reduced in power from 15 hp to 10 hp.

Single Segment Cartridge Style 

  • Cutter utilizes a reusable internal sleeve versus previous shaft design.​

 

  • Reduction in use of plastic (UHMW or Acetal).

 

  • Larger cutter diameter increases cutter life.

 

  • Larger cutter diameter allow for future capacity increases.

Laterally Sliding Discharge Conveyor

  • One person can move conveyor from ‘production’ position to ‘maintenance’ position
